DETHATCHING
Too much thatch is not good for your lawn. Thatch is the layer of dead grass right above soil below the grass. Having too much thatch will prevent the necessary moisture, fertilizer, and Sunlight from getting through to the soil. Dethatching removes the excess thatch in the lawn as well as improves the overall appearance of your grass. Dethatching in the spring helps remove winter rot in the lawn and pick up any leaves left over from the fall.
AERATION
There are many benefits to aeration. If you have hard compacted soil, core aerating will relieve that compaction to help the proper air, water, and fertilizer to reach the lawns root system. Aerating will also help with any water runoff and puddling, enhances heat and drought stress tolerances, and also improves resiliency and cushioning.
TREE & SHRUB TRIMMING

Overgrown plants or trees could cause potential damage to your property or lawn. Pruning and trimming helps remove any diseased, stray/irregular and dying branches, allowing for more new growth, contributing to both long-term health and curb appeal.
