1)I agree not to move the dump trailer from the spot in which Sutton Lawn & Snow park it.

 

2) I understand the dump trailer will be secured with a trailer lock and/or wheel chocks for my safety and security.

 

3) I agree to not load the trailer with any heavy equipment including, but not limited to, skid steer, tractor, excavator etc.

4) I agree not to dispose of any hazardous materials or liquids into the trailer, including paints, flammable liquids, asbestos, lead acid batteries, tires, waste oil, etc. I will pay any additional fees incurred due to any unacceptable items loaded onto the trailer.

 5) I take full responsibility for the dump trailer while it is on my property and/or in my possession.

 6) I agree to pay the non-refundable $150.00 deposit for a 2 day rental which includes one dump trip (up to 2-ton).

A) Each additional day will be charged at $25 per day. The agreed time frame     must be requested at the time of rental and any updates MUST be in writing via email to jsutton1009@gmail.com

 7) Sutton Lawn & Snow is not liable for any injuries incurred while loading, climbing in/on dump trailer. 

 

8) I agree to load the trailer in a manner that makes it safe to travel.

 

9) I agree it will be my responsibility to repair or replace any damage more than normal wear and tear to the dump trailer while it is in my possession.

 

10) I agree to pay for any loss time of rental in which Sutton Lawn & Snow LLC may incur due to any damages while in my possession.
